Incase a defective item has been mistakenly shipped to you, please notify us, and we shall replace it immediately or provide you a store credit for the same (Valid for 12 months)
TO INITIATE A RETURN -
- Notify us at help.yasa@gmail.com within 3 days from the date of delivery with subject mentioned as RETURN and your intent to exchange. You can WhatsApp us at +91-85959 72987.
- Clothing sent to us without a prior email will not be accepted
Reverse Pickup Service:
Home pickup charges ₹150. The cost of the return applies to each request.
Non-Serviceable Areas: If you are located in an area where our return service is non-serviceable then you need to return the item(s) by your own means.
YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN ONLY IF -
- All items must have the original tags, and should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with no smell of perfume, deodorant or detergent.
- All items should be free of make – up or tan marks
- If any unaccounted items are handed over , the same will not be our responsibility as the courier partners will deliver us only the item for which pickup is arranged.
- We do not entertain refund & cancellation requests.
